M70 Series Cable for MK-80 / BLU bombs
I am creating my project related to the Mk80 / BLU series of bombs.
This part is dedicated to the power system - M70 Series Cable.
The M70 Series Cable Assemblies are the method used to transfer fuze power from the aircraft to electric bomb fuzes to initiate the energetic explosive during the Pulse power employment mode, sometimes referred to as FFCS (Fuze Function and Control Set) or Navy mode. The M70 Series cables are installed during the explosive filling process at the ammunition plant. There are three cable assemblies: M72, M73, and M74A. All are identical except in length. The M74A is used on the 2,000 lb MK-84 Series bombs.

This system consists of - two plugs for power supply to fuses and a socket for connecting a safe switch - MK-122.

The socket is covered with a plastic cap. A plastic screw ring is used to hold the outlet in the charging well of the bomb.
Inside the bomb passes the tube system, through which the wire is pulled up to the fuze wells.
The socket is placed inside the charging well and a plastic ring is screwed in there.
The plugs protrude inside the fuze wells and are fastened with a special clip.
