LAU-68F/A Rocket Launcher

The LAU-68F/A Launcher is 11.25 inches longer than the legacy LAU-68D/A Launcher as was designed to allow the entire guidance section of the APKWS II to be contained within the launcher structure.
Like the LAU-68D/A, the LAU-68F/A has a thermal protective coating on the exterior surface.
Unlike the LAU-68D/A, the LAU-68F/A lacks a forward firing receptacle.
And there is only one 5-pin receptacle that electrically connects the launcher to the aircraft armament circuit.
